Here is my latest creation from my One A Week Art Project 48 of 52: Back Rooms of My Mind Door# 16113

You have to be in the right kind of mood to enjoy a drawing like this. To draw them you have to let go of reality for a moment and let the mind take over. I have been listening to some audio books lately that have had some inspiring quotes that I had to write down.

One of the quotes I liked in particular is "Fail To Succeed". Think about that for a minute.

I've been using some new pens lately they are these Pigma Micron Pen Set Assorted 6/Pkg - Black - Scrapbooking (Google Affiliate Ad) and they work great for drawing and then water coloring over them without any bleeding. *Side note: Sharpie works good too but can sometimes spread easier than pen.

One a week art project 47 of 52: Raining In My Mind

Here is the newest creation for my One A Week Art Project- 47 of 52: Raining In My Mind.

I've been trying some new things lately and a few of my most recent drawings, rain drops seem to be coming to the forefront when creating new art. You first started to see the rain drops appear in the drawing from week 43 "Porky".

This drawing was created on watercolor paper and colored with Watercolor pencils. I then take a paint brush and water. This has been a new medium for me this past year and I have loved working with it. Here is the newest creation for my One a week art project 46 of 52: Back Rooms of My Mind Door# 301212. This series is one of my favorites and I have a lot of fun creating these drawings! I am in the middle of working on a new project that will incorporate these drawings which I will discuss more at a later date.
