One A Week Art Project: 39 of 52- Ice House Chronicles #54

First off Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! I know I am a day late and I will always be a dollar short but it's better late than never!! I got pretty preoccupied with the holiday wrapping and never had time to scan any of my newer drawings!! The good news is I am still creating ART!

Here is the belated One A Week Art Project: 39 of 52- Ice House Chronicles #54

This drawing was inspired by the Death Squad podcast Ice House Chronicles episode #54. This show is produced and published by Brian Redban. This podcast is always funny and always different as each show has a new group of comedians performing live and in between sets, they are back stage doing the podcast. It's really cool and worth checking out!

Prints available here.
Here are some great pens to use if you want to create ink drawings.

BOO!

Every year I walk in the Tufts Harbor http://www.harborwalkrun.org/faf/home/default.asp?ievent=1006775
walk in Boston, MA with my family in my sisters honor. She has Mitochondrial disease and like many diseases, there is no cure.

Every year I raise money for the cause and this year I decided to send anyone who donated in support of me an original piece of artwork as an extra incentive.

Prints of the original are available here.

Every year, I also donate 1% of all income earned on the art I have sold throughout the year to the Tufts organization.

I also inverted the image in Photoshop. I thought it looked like an etching and I like it a lot. Oh how I wish I had the money for the supplies and the patience to etch.
Prints of Ghosts 1 (inverted) are available here.

For anyone who purchases a print, I will donate 10% of profits to Tufts.

Thank you for your support.
Cheers!

I displayed my art in the annual "Art In the Park" in Keene, NH the first week of September. I took second place in the photography group and believe me, it's an honor to win second place amongst all the talented photographers there.

Here is the article from that weekend in Keene, NH
