One A Week Art Project 23 of 52- King Ralphy

Here is my newest creation 23 of 52- King Ralphy. The protector of the earth and keeper of the wild.

I was at art in the park this weekend and didn't get back till late so that is why this weeks art is late. This weekend was fun, I met a lot of nice people, sold some art and enjoyed the weather! All in all, it was a fun weekend and I am looking forward to enjoying my labor day.

Tis The Season...

...For playing in the snow! Since we don't have much yet, I decided to draw a snowman for the Sketchbook project I am working on! Yay! :)

What do you think? Any thoughts? I really like this drawing and I am looking forward to printing this up and making it larger! I think this would be great poster size or even larger say -wallpaper size or life-size cutout!

Sketchbook Project Update!

Whelp, it's 12-14-10 and I am def. coming along and filling up my sketchbook pages with some really great drawings. I have until Jan. 14th to fill this book up and mail it off to NY. Woohoo!!!

This drawing is called "One King".

I am starting to scan some of the drawings and I am going to start posting them online for everyone to view.

"Beneath The Skin"

Self-Portrait- "Beneath The Skin"

I try to do a self-portrait every 2 years or so. I would like to do one ever year but, I can never seem to get around to doing it.

Anyways, here is my last self-portrait and I have titled it "Beneath The Skin".

This is my third self-portrait (1st drawing). The other two were paintings. I feel this drawing starts to unveil another side of me that nobody gets to see. I am uncovering new layers as  I grow as an artist. This is another step in the right direction.

New Drawing- Cow 2

Here is a new drawing that I finished a few weeks ago. I finally got around to take a picture of a bunch of art I have been wanting to photograph for a while now!

Yay for me! Way not to be lazy! 

Okay, so the title isn't the most original but it says it all. This is my second drawing of a cow. I am beginning to like cows and I think I will draw more of them.

What do you think? Do you like it or not so much? I tried to break it up and do something different with the drawing instead of having it so straight forward.

I think I like it. No wait, I definitely like it!
