Hello Summer?

Hello? Summer? Are you there?... Yes you are!! Well not really but it has been feeling like it! WOOOOO!!

It's good to be out in the sun and enjoying life! Updated:
I have been taking a lot more pictures lately and I have been taking some great shots too. Here are a few I have taken recently: You can find more of my Photography here.

In other news, I haven't had time for blogging because I have been busy. I am almost done with the commission paintings I have been working on. The trouble is-as it usually is- I have to wait for paint to dry!! And being as it has been quite warm, it takes longer than usual even with a fan on it.
I am design a new t-shirt for a contest for the band Assembly of Dust. Great music and if you are a risk taker and like to listen to new music take a listen! You won't be disappointed.
I also just finished framing about 4 photos and an oil pastel drawing(which takes time cutting Matte and messing it up and cutting it again (just kidding about the messing up part).
They look great and I am going to try and hang them in a few shops around town. Wish me luck.

Well that's it for now. I need to get back to work. Enjoy the long weekend! It's suppose to be a beautiful one!! Goodbye winter! :)

Cheers!

GOOD-MORNING....

Good-MORNING 2010!!!!
Yesterday I woke up and after seeing this I knew it was going to be a good year! Screw the Hedge Hog or Ground Funds...wait... stop...reverse those. Who cares if he sees his shadow or not or if the economy comes back or continues to dip down again... We are alive and we should appreciate that while we can.
Now clearly I don't mean I want the economy to start tanking again. I want the jobless to find jobs and I want to hold my current one.
All I am saying is, you can find a little bit of good in everything if you look hard enough. Maybe there is a silver lining to this recession. Maybe the silver lining is... "People shouldn't live outside their own means". Don't spend what you don't have and don't try to be like everyone else.
Maybe that's too much for a Friday morning, but I felt obligedto comment.
Good luck to everyone in 2010! I hope it's a good start to a great decade!
Cheers!

Stop and Smell Them Roses

I woke up this morning like I do any Monday morning and I was on my way to work. As I was driving toward Rt. 25 West bound, the sun rise caught my eye in the rear view mirror.

Now this has happened to me on several occasions and every time this happens I always say I will stop the next time and take some pictures and that rarely if at all happens.

Finally I decide to seize the opportunity that was thrown my way and I turned my car around to take some pictures of the beautiful sunrise that started to shine across a foggy lake Winnipesaukee.

Here are a few of the pictures I took enjoy!
